ABOUT YO-YO MA

The world renowned multi instrumentalist Yo-Yo Ma was a child prodigy who entered Julliard School at age nine. After completing school, he also went to Hardvard University for additional studies and graduated from Liberal Arts. Yo-Yo Ma has performed as a soloist across the world. He was also in John Williams’ soundtrack for the film Seven Years in Tibet. Yo-Yo Ma has earned 19 Grammy Awards for his amazing work in music. He also received a ton of prestigious recognition, including the Presidential Medal of Freedom, Kennedy Center Honors, the Plar Music Prize, and the United Nations Messenger of Peace.
