Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows - Part 2: Film Concert is an exciting new way to experience the most intense part of the Harry Potter film series. The concert features the film performed in full, accompanied by the live orchestra performing Alexandre Desplat's Oscar nominated score for the film. The scores featured in the concert highlight some of the most powerful moments in the film including "Lily's Theme", "The Statues", and "The Courtyard Apocalypse". This music combined with the action on screen makes for a powerful experience. The fight scenes between Molly Weasley and Bellatrix Lestrange and Harry Potter's final duel with Lord Voldemort will be even more intense as the live orchestra performs the iconic scores.
The Des Moines Civic Center is located at 221 Walnut Street in the heart of downtown Des Moines, Iowa. It has three sections of seating and holds a total of 2,744 seats. Every seat offers an excellent view of the stage. The theater also has excellent acoustics, so you can clearly hear every movement and note of the music.
