A Beautiful Noise – The Neil Diamond Musical at Des Moines Civic Center

A Beautiful Noise will be taking the stage live this period at the Des Moines Civic Center on Friday 24th October 2025! The life and work of Neil Diamond is the subject of a brand-new Broadway musical. According to previous reports, singer-songwriter Neil Diamond-Then will be played by Will Swenson, who most recently starred in the Off-Broadway revival of Assassins. Neil Diamond-Now will be played by Tony contender Mark Jacoby, Robyn Hurder as Marcia, while Linda Powell is cast as the Doctor.

The creative team comprises Acclaimed director esteemed director Michael Mayer, highly acclaimed screenwriter Anthony McCarten, and Critically acclaimed choreographer choreographer Steven Hoggett.
